In order to accept a bet, you need to think that you're in with a chance of winning it. I don't think Arsenal will win the league, so it's a bet I wouldnt take. What I will do though, rather than have an avatar bet with you (I have got one with HIAG, as long as he doesn't welch it again) is take you up on the £10 for charity: Who finishes higher Arsenal or Spurs.
