Our dog's got a new trick she's learned, just as the baby has fallen asleep, she barks at absolutely nothing.

Commiserations mate ... had to do that with our two dogs when I was growing up ... first one when I was 13 and second one whilst I was in my last year at Uni ... we've just got ourselves a puppy (well she's 9 months old) and she's adorable ... but did a lot of soul searching before we got her ... my girls couldn't understand the reluctance ... comes down to where you are now ... heartbreaking when your pets get ill ...<hug>

Avocado is the most fattiest and most cholesterol giving you could eat. But it's all about balancing your diet.

Damn. Done that a few times Tobes. Awful.

Felt guilty for weeks even though I knew I was doing the right thing.

Don't know if you have kids mate but I hope you all get over it soon.

I know there's a lot of people out there find this stuff odd, but pets are family to many of us. They just have more legs.

    Best wishes.

Not sure whether you're trying to say that in a good or bad way?

It's the King of foods for me, full of healthy fats and you're right about cholesterol it works wonders for it, it raises HDL levels and lowers LDL levels, although it doesn't actually contain cholesterol as that only comes from animal products.

    The King.

    Then steak. Nom nom.

Cacao butter is also really good for HDL and lowering LDL choleserol. It has a substance called Sitosterol in it that helps to raise HDL. It's also packed full of anti-oxidants and high in omega 6 and omega 9 <ok>

Exactly. Avocados are terrific health food. High in LDL fats.

Whoever told you they're full of cholesterol is talking bollocks.

Have they not got a machine in the gym where you can buy?

The gym I use here is a real old style gym. No aircon, and only a couple of fans. You wouldn't last long this time of year without water.

The best diet supplement on the market is Heroin. You can lose 6 stone in just a few months of daily use.

Please read the leaflet carefully though, as some people get quite severe side effects - Including robbing your own mother, attacking strangers for mobile phones, and hanging around cash points waiting for easy prey.

There's a block of flats opposite my office in town and in one of the windows I sometimes catch a little crumpet walking around her room with her jugs out. I feel like today will be another one of those days, it's hot and those flats look like they'd be stuffy inside, so I've prepared by angling my chair slightly towards the window so if there's any movement I'll catch her in my peripheral vision.
