Had a long weekend off and back on nights tonight Woke up, took nipper to nursery, did some shopping and now having a couple of tinnies to try help me get more kip.
Having my lunch of Tuna, rice, hummus and avocado... I'm almost certain now, that these ingredients are not a great combination. My body will thank me for it later, but my mouth hates me.
Love hummus, you get some ****e in the shops but this stuff is made by my Syrian friend and it's lush. He used to do me a platter of 16 Kibbeh's too (not to eat in one go) but they ain't that good for ya deep fried so I'm off them for a bit, they went great with hummus
Yeah, the round one, fresh out the oven, not them ****ing frisbee's you get out of Tesco. Pitta, baba ganoush, hummus, harrissa, moutabal some kibbehs and some falafel.... nom nom nom.
Yeah, tahini on it's own stinks. My Mrs always gets angry at me, she'll make me a drink and I can smell the dishwasher tablet in the glass so I pour it out and get another glass, she says I'm just being a dick but sometimes the smell of dishwasher cup just makes me want to leave home and never come back.
He's about 11, he's been ill for ages and on all sorts of medication, but he still had a decent quality of life, but last night and this morning he's disorientated and stumbling about, so we need to do right by him. Gutted
It's hard mate, but like you say gotta do the right thing by him, not fair otherwise. I know it's not much consolation but at least he's had a good life. Hope you and the family are all okay
It sucks putting pets down, they're big parts of people's families nowadays. You're doing the right thing Tobes, I'm sure he's had a great life and left you guys with a big hole to fill.
Their lifespans make this sort of thing inevitable, this fella was special though, a big Norwegian Forest, incredibly loving for a cat, and he had a massive personality. I'll really miss him, but it is what it is.
Terrible Tobes..feel for you...I've had my 2 tigers for 8 years and counting, absolutely love them to bits...sorry for you.
