He has said before that he would like to manage in England. If Wenger does sign new contract as crazy as it may seem, we may be in with a chance. I think I'm right in saying we made contact with him when he had finished with Mainz, before we hired Koeman. I may be wrong.
So with possibility of a superb position at the Mighty Saints becoming available, all other teams are nailing their managers down.
In his 2 seasons with Dortmund, Thomas Tuchel achieved a win percentage of 62.96%. That's even better than Nigel Adkins!
Slowly slowly catchy monkey would spring to mind...... As would the phrase, wait frickin ages for all other clubs to sort themselves out....!!
Tuchel could go to Leverkusen - they have sacked the guy they replaced Schmidt with in March apparently. Wenger will stay at Arsenal, and Spalletti is going to Inter Milan.
Unbelievable. Not that he isn't a good manager and deserves some loyalty, but I think they need a stir up. So unless they are planning a massive spend, next season as nearly men is assured.
Only second because every one else was complete ****. The guy is a bit of a asshole and not that great a manager. That and he treated Totti like ****.
It's because the football is boring, not because of the Europe/Trophy thing. I think most fans would have taken mid table if the football hadn't been so dull.
Wengers contract has just been confirmed. I'm unaware of any contact made but that points more toward my ignorance than the fact it didn't happen! I've stated before I wouldn't mind Claude staying but if we could* get Tuchel that would change things massively. *still don't see it happening
