I honestly have been a tad unimpressed with Young in his two games. He goes down too easily as he seems very lightweight, his crossing has left a lot to be desired as have his corners. This isn't really a moan though, I just think he needs to get a better understanding of his team mates and he needs to muck in a bit more defensively. His free kick last week against City though was brilliant and I like that he is willing to run at defenders and cut in. Though 3 assists in 2 games is a brilliant start so I cannot wait to see him when he is fully settled.
Young will get much better. Most wingers at some time fail to deliver when it comes to crossing. Ryan Giggs in his early seasons was criticised for his crosses failing to beat the first man whether on the run or at set pieces.
