Surely if Grieve was that intent on owning a PL club, he'd have made other moves at other clubs in the PL or Championship? Yet he only seemed interested in us? Seems odd regardless of the truth about his wealth.
sounds like the Allams didn't do a basic financial check to see whether the US consortium had any money - then they didn't do a basic, know your customer / fit and proper person check on the Chinese bid - no one tells him how to run is business - **** up after **** up - wing and a prayer - will only sell to good home - full of bullshit - but we already know that
