I'm not adverse to putting in the effort for the reward. My exercise is probably my church in that way, some days I feel like I can't face it, but I know that it will have a positive outcome if I do. Which is probably why I'm hungry all the time ! Not sure I'd be able to keep up a fitness regime and fast at the same time
i was dreading the hot weather...but there was a nice breeze yesterday. I have to keep myself extremely occupied or time does drag. Nothing a few seasons on FIFA cant sort out
lot of people do both mate...people are training wing chun and fasting..fighting the whims and desires is what fasting all about.. you would be fine, only if that becomes your goal and thats how us boys see it as our goal..
or maybe go out and do something worthwhile fatty or read the Qur'an and so on.... Stop being so lazy...
