You haven't answered my question about CL and trophy so I will ask again So anyway would you swap Spurs CL qualification for winning a major trophy I ask because Spurs fans have berated Arsenal for 20 years for thinking that CL qualification is a trophy. So the options are: Yes of course as it's a major trophy or No, as I a Spurs fan I am a hypocrite
Nope..means something to me to be finishing 2nd...in the long run that is a healthier assessment of my team than winning the Cup. Ask Wigan fans. I would love to win the cup but i wont act like you and pretend thats all it is about and the 4th placed Trophy was a mere myth that is of no real concern. Even your players see it as a failure, then again that is probably because they dont use Spurs to measure their success with, they have their expectancies and targets....just ask Oxo. Our focus is different to yours....we want to be where the money is..CL and high up the league. We got projects to fund. You carry on pretending trophies matter now that top 4 is not a gimme anymore. Just look at the general consensus of the majority of your fanbase, not the 606 posters alone. We all remember the days when the sky 4 were dismissive of the Cup competitons and prioritized league games and CL games. No one getting fooled here.

Not really, ypu could say the same for Leicester when they won the PL and then season after fighting relegation and struggle to get in to the top half...it would only mean something if you won the PL or had a chance to do it next season and so on...where as in the mean time we have something you dont....
