you are aware that even if you subscribe to the mainstream version of reality, it was western governments which created the environment for ISIS, in other versions of reality they are actually a western tool

Saddam had control of the the region where ISIS are alleged to have risen from, he was taken out along with the countries infrastructure, based on a quite clearly intentional deception campaign by western interests, its not even a country anymore, its been set back 500 years and consists of a bunch of lawless tribes
