One of the best squads in the league, achieved almost exactly the same results as AVB and was sacked after five months.
I've resisted so far as I have said it nearly every year for about 10 years, but here goes , get Glen Hoddle in .... I feel better now, let's move on
I can't see it myself, but someone mentioned Martin O'Neill, is in the frame. I think we've got two chances of enticing O'Neill....Slim and none..
The lack of an official statement on MS is ridiculous. Monk quits out of the blue and Leeds have statements, chairman interviews etc... Our owners have known for weeks that this was a likely outcome and yet its gone 6pm and we've heard jack ****. Meanwhile Sky, HDM and various other reports have come out all confirming he's activated the clause in his contract to walk away. It's laughable really, especially when one of the last things Ehab said to us was that he'll provide more frequent communication to the fans... nice one..
How frequent is frequent? It could mean any period of time...An utterance once every six months, followed by another six months later.
Is it at all possible silva hasn't gone, how reliable is the source who said he heard pappa say "Good luck and keep in touch" Is it possible he just said keep in touch whilst he's having a think? Or am I in the clutching at straws department Scrap that
The Club can announce that Marco Silva has opted to leave his position as Head Coach. Confirmation had been delayed due to finalising the terms of his release. Marco was offered the opportunity to continue the work he has done in the four-and-a-half months he has been at the KCOM Stadium. Unfortunately, after considering his future, he has chosen to leave in order to further his career and departs along with Assistant Head Coach Joao Pedro Sousa, First Team Coach Goncalo Pedro and Goalkeeping Coach Hugo Oliveira. Although disappointed by Marco’s departure, we would once again like to place on record our appreciation of his efforts and those of his support staff. Despite only being in charge for a short period of time, the 39-year-old became a firm fans’ favourite and will be forever remembered for his efforts to maintain our Premier League status. The Club will now undertake a thorough and considered recruitment process to appoint a replacement. There will be no further comment at this time. http://www.hullcitytigers.com/news/...e-the-tigers-3724760.aspx#M2EgO3yGwJ68TL7u.99
