Never heard of him. I know that's nothing unusual with many foreign footballers these days, but really, never heard his name before.
Depends upon whether he likes playing his football in a shed with a load of old men in front of a handfull of kids or whether he has class and ambition. If the latter then he is our man and it's no contest.

I'm not claiming to know anything about the guy personally or making comparisons against Fifa (?), but I think he is in the Norwegian squad and a forward who is quick. Oh that's right, because he is on Fifa, he is as slow as Jaidi! I know it's not Football Manager but they don't pluck stats out of thin air for international players.

Looks pretty tasty and Norweigen strikes are usually pretty good (Egil, Ole Solskjaer, Tore Andre Flo for example) too. Plus for under £2 mil compared to the massive amounts being quoted for Maynard and Rodriguez could be a bit of a bargin. If he does sign, lets hope he's not another Stig Johansen...unless he signs for P***** in which case lets hope he's a MASSIVELY WORSE Stig Johansen!
Just checked and it is this guy I was thinking of. Very quick for quite a big player and can play on the wing too, but primarily a forward. Would much prefer us to spend 2 mil on this guy than 3 times that much on Maynard for example. Anyways, tis just a rumour so we shall see.
Maynard's proven in the Champ and is an out-and-out striker, this chap's scoring record isn't that impressive. From YT his finishing dosen't look too assured. Maybe better on the wing, he is indeed quick. I still say £5 mil max for Maynard
I too would like Maynard, but I think it's very unlikely we would get him for 5 mil! By the sounds of it 6/7 seems nearer the mark and with Nige coming out today and saying we won't be paying over the odds I think it could rule out Maynard although I hope i'm wrong! Maybe Punch could be used in part exchange? I can but dream.

Jez Butler just told me on Twitter that Pompey are the front runners so far as they've already talked to his agent but we might be willing to offer higher wages.
