    2015/2016 - Leeds Signings £5.92m
    2015/2016 - Total Sales £4.68m

    2016/2017 - Leeds Signings £7.29m
    2016/2017 - Total Sales £6.44m

A total of £2m more spent than recouped.

Pre Cellino you have to go back a long way to find the last player we brought for £1m or more.

Again I'm not his fan, just pointing out a few facts.

And not disputing it but as most fees were 'undisclosed' in and out I doubt anyone really knows. It also doesn't factor in the McContract money?

but they have no say in the running of the club.cellino set this up and converted shares in to a debt yes we knew that.so he pays them off a bit at a time .so what they have no say in anything they cant hold us back.do you think rads paid cellino exactly half ? i doubt it .he would have allowed for this debt.
the club now has one man in charge with money to take us forward.wait till the first game of the season and then we will see.we are moving on and leaving the crap behind.all clubs have debt its how they structure it that counts.gfh are nothing but a structured payment now .who cares ?

Wakey, if the same arrangement is still in place he can't buy back ER or TA without settling their debt in full or without their permission. TBH I'd rather get an owner that rich that to pay off their 17 million would be like chicken feed.

who says he cant buy the ground or thorp arch.what can stop him he owns 100% of the club.they are just a debt but have no shares in our club so how can they stop it.he pays the debt over a set time frame.course he can buy the ground he just uses his own oney.then he owns it too.dont understand where you are coming from.gfh do not have shares in the club anymore .you are still believing cellinos crap reasons for not buying the ground back.

I'm not saying he can't full stop. He can but the terms of the charge on the club are that he has to settle the debt to GFH in full before he can increase the asset value of the company (that was the stupidity of the Cellino deal) or get their agreement if he doesn't pay the debt off first.

Wakey do yourself a fkg favour read the fkg debenture which has been posted on here in another thread. It quite clearly states what the holder can do. It is more powerful than shares. Radz cannot do naything GFH dont like. So stop pretending you know factually that you are right and everyone else who has actually seen it, heard it out of Radz, mouth, Popeys mouth ....

I was far from happy that the money wasn't spent on buying the ground back but there were lots of reports of GFH putting a spanner in the works with a loan payment.

My figures were reflecting the sale of Byram and Cooke which was used in argument against the season just finished <ok>

I don't like Cellino, I'm glad he has gone however if the season just finished had been his first it would be a different story.

My original post was in regards to the season just finished, no other, I said I was happy with the appointments, the back seat, the having faith and investment.

Wakey said there was none so I questioned the signings. That was questioned against the sale of Cooke and Byram so I posted figures relating to these and now it's being taken back a third season to prove a point?

Even Radz has said he would not have invested had Cellino not sorted things out with the books. Anyway, moving on ;) <ok>

Cellino took millions out of the club in three years. Shares turned to debt, managemment fees for him the two thick cnut kids and elanora. Start adding up all those 30,000 X £30s, the merchandise. Then take off the outgoings ( much reduced) and ask where is the money.

Thats what i wanted to see .i have never read it and would be interested to see how it has been handled ref rads takeover.i do not believe a man such as him would buy leeds and let himself be shackled by a bunch of arab shysters.so i will search for it .

At last i found some info on this debenture.payments to be made per year of 3.5 million until 2019.if leeds reach prem by then the remaining 13.5 will have to be paid in full.if not then it runs until 2032.i understand all that but fail to see what power they hold.
