    I wouldn't argue with those stats, they seem perfectly accurate to me, but if it's stats you like, try these....

    Leeds population 787,700
    Hull population(inc Haltemprice) 342,630

    You should have at least double our attendance, you're good on the road, but piss-poor at home.

    The timing of the fixture is perfect for Hull, two important players out for us, never mind the fact we've a weakened strike force.

    They should win but stranger things have happened.

    How many of your lot actually come from Leeds i wonder ? Like Man Utd, most fans are from outside the area. Leeds folk support the egg chasers.

    It comes out on the 1st of each month.

    I haven't done an interview this month, I had arranged to interview Deano ahead of lunch he was hosting at Bev races last week, but it was called off at the last minute so he didn't come over and I haven't managed to sort a replacement yet.

    I don't get this Leeds and Milwall attitude that it's a good thing that people hate your team.

    The argument that us wanting to beat you means we respect you in some way is a bit daft, it's the complete opposite. It's pure hatred :D

    I don't hate Leeds. I think a lot of the fans are arrogant ****s who are seriously deluded, whilst others just take the piss out of this to try and wind opposition fans up.

    Viking has got it kind of spot on with that previous comment.

    Most of us do take the piss out of it cos it does serious wind some silly bastards up.

    For the main part we do not think we are world beaters, we are proud of our history of course we are and always will be, but I live in the here and now and quite frankly, that old tosser of a ****ing smurf is screwing us over big time.

    I couldn’t give a **** about hull tbh, I really couldn’t. I actually didn’t like you simply because of the tangerine wonder cos hes a prick but im not fussed for you.

    There are other teams to dislike or hate whichever people feel appropriate.

    Here we go again, Leeds giving it the "look at our crowds, we're so big" nonsense..... I have said it before and I'll say it again, in terms of per head of population Leeds Utd are one of THE WORST SUPPORTED TEAMS IN THE WHOLE OF THE UK.

    its fairly easy really. i could argue about us having 2 universities, therefore student population ishigh and not al from leeds and also the added benefits of beign the bigest financial centre outside of london meanign that there are not just "leeds" people living here therefore bringing there own loyalties with them but I cant be arsed :D LMAO

    Im pretty sure Hull has two unis you know..... and two professional RL teams, rugby union team, Ice Hockey team. Have we still got Speedway? I live in Leeds myself and Ive never heard of anything other than Utd, Rhinos and Tykes. And dont even think about churning out cricket when it's a whole region's team.

    But this is all a bit silly. The fact is that Leeds' support is comparable to Norwich yet has a population 5 times higher. Work that one out if you can.

    Darling, I dont care about our attendances or who goes where, I was trying to get a reaction and I did :p

    oh btw, I barely see Tykes but I do see alot of Manchester United and Loverpool here. but I have seen more kids wearing Leeds shirts over the past couple of season admittedly.

    Allegiances aside we have, despite being in the Championship, the 7th biggest worldwide fanbase for an English club, hardly "comparable to Norwich". Roughly 75,000 people in Leeds are students, that's nearly 10% of the overall population.

    I often see that claim made and I have no doubt that it used to be true, but with the massively increased Premier League exposure in Asia and Africa over recent years, I suspect there's a few hundred million supporters internationally who don't even know who Leeds United are and I'll be surprised if you make the top twenty nowadays. I'm a frequent visitor to the Far East and if you go to the markets that sell knock off replica shirts, you won't find any Leeds United ones for sale.

    UEA is one of the major Unis you know and I hardly imagine all student are huge Norwich fans but Im feeling generous so I'll give you that one. So that's only 525,000 extra population you could benefit from....
