I agree with your prediction that our squad will be pretty grim next season so it's vital that we get someone in who can get them playing above their level and certainly not below it. It's not something that every manager can do by any means. There's also recruitment of the aforementioned **** squad, we'll need someone with a great knowledge of what bargains are available which again isn't just anyone. I think Pearson would fit the bill for both needs, for the love of god though Nigel don't throttle the opposition you psycho.
