Been in an emergency children's hospital ward all night. My lad was out walking the dog with his mum and fell off a 7 foot sea wall onto rocks. Hospital staff can't believe he survived, got plenty of bumps and bruises but no broken bones. Keeping him in to monitor his brain though. He literally must have bounced off the rocks as he has 4 different head injuries. Makes you realise that in an instant your life can change. Scary ****. Fingers crossed everything is ok, but **** me I was worried yesterday.
Went to Bellator179 last night at the Wembley SSE arena. Decent night of fights and managed to grab a pic with one of our country's best heavyweight kick boxers - Chi Lewis-Parry. Bloke is massive, I'm 5"11 and was standing on the step above and he still towered over me by about 2-3 inches. Talk about being made to feel small.
