They have to go through the motions, but it will still end up at the tribunal, it's like couples going to mediation, they already know they're going still end up divorced.
Ah ok cheers, so they will do that still, that was the bit I wasnt sure about. I get it won't help, but thought it was a requirement before a tribunal.
For such an expert on this subject you keep getting things wrong. Plenty settle at the acas stage. But you know this and are just taking the piss, I expect
