Sad but of course entirely expected that people are leaping to the defence of these two withou I wonder why there is so little dialogue between the fans and the club ?
Because the club has never wanted one? Or more accurately, the present owners don't want dialogues with them or with anyone else for that matter. It is my way or the highway. I am sure everyone else on here will recall what Albert Camus wrote, " Tyrants conduct monologues above a million solitudes...".
I doubt the SMC are all that happy about getting this sort of press in a trade magazine... http://www.thestadiumbusiness.com/2017/05/19/groundsmen-dig-dismissals-hull-stadium-operator/
An SMC spokesman told the Hull Daily Mail: “After seeking legal counsel the club have been advised not to comment on this matter due to its ongoing nature and potential for a further appeal.” I wonder which club that is. Since Hull City assure us they're completely separate from the SMC.
They're always tripping up over that one, if you meet with the club to discuss an issue, it's pot luck who'll be representing which organisation.
More 'good publicity' for the club in today's HDM letters page. Still, they have form when it comes to disabled fans. CLints, and not the best of those! The views expressed in my posts are not necessarily mine
Underneath is my theme song. Alternated with Mr Wonderful. Interesting story to this record and an example of the way singers and groups were buggered about and exploited by the likes of Phil Spector in those days. Hard to think it was 55 years ago I first heard this.
I doubt they care at all actually I mean it's a bit of a monopoly isn't it...they're not going to get any othe teams playing there
Club/SMC statements always leave you thinking it would have been better to say nothing at all... please log in to view this image
JHC Actually I'm interested in seeing if I can get rid of the Allams for similar reasons They've definitely breached the 'implied term of mutual trust' !
No one goes to ACAS when they've been sacked and want to claim against the employer If you think you're right then why would you want pre claim conciliation? You'd want to take the employers to an ET and get your pound of public flesh I've no idea about this case, but using ACAS for that is very rare, to non existent, in my experience
Sorry I thought you had to? First prior to a tribunal. Mebbe my memory but I'm sure that's what I did. It was awhile ago though
