he came here to do a job. he failed at that job, but I cant see him moving on. if I were him, Id want to rectify my failure... Id have thought that he would like to become a success in the most open league in the world. but thats just me. <shrug>
You've extensively reviewed all leagues in the world then, calculating and contrasting the points spread between first and last?
I called it open, cos unlike MOST leagues in Europe - any team can win it. most other leagues in the world are a 2/3 horse race, the other teams just seem to make up the numbers. I wouldnt call it the best, there are too many variables. it is most definitely the richest.
1 failure I have is talking to you. 1 of yours, is being a minion and not being able to think for yourself. minion/sheep baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah
Have a look at how many clubs have won the PL. Then look at how many clubs have won other leagues in the same period,
Bollocks. He failed to achieve the ultimate aim, but he didn't fail at the job, he did a remarkable job under the circumstances.
Im gonna go out on a limb here by stating that the PL is a better league than the Bolivian 2nd division, more people watch PL than most others. I guess PL has just been marketed better
change the record. Im not saying he is a bad manager. yes he had a **** team left to him by MP and SB. but he was employed to keep us up, which he never - hense he failed. not playing our best 11 in our most important match against Slumberland was an indefensible move... no matter how much you wanna blame the Allams for that... you cant - cos MS chooses the team.
OK most open, cos it isnt a 2/3 horse race. Leicester winning PL last year is akin to Valencia winning the Spanish title.
Aren't there something like 7 names on the trophy? Personally I don't think the Premier League is even the most open league in England. It's actually probably the least open League in England.
Surely he failed, as avoiding relegation is why he and his staff were brought in. There were winnable games that he lost that sucked us into relegation. He is a good manager, but he did fail and I'm sure that is how he will see it.
