The Leicester City "spiral" watch!

I confess that I haven't seen it that way. The very strong impression I am getting reading over all this stuff is that HIAG is having fun at the expense of a few of you and playing a lot of others off against those same people. He does seem to get a bee in his bonnet about a few things (that's where I am in slight agreement with Bope and can see how that could grow tiresome for many of you). Overall it seems clear enough to me that he's joking and getting a buzz out of the reactions from a select few. It comes across with a good many of his comments that he's clearly targeting one or two individuals. Some of it does get tedious and you do wish he'd drop certain spats that he's waging but overall I find him very funny! I'm sure most of the people who engage him find him funny and know that it's all a bit of fun but there are clearly some who take him at face value and they are the ones I suspect who fall into his trap.

Still not seeing why he was banned. Perhaps I haven't read enough. There is a fantastic back catalogue of this stuff mind you Not sure I want to take up all of my break reading through this stuff but I'll do what I can. Any gem threads that you could point me to after this one?

 

And then people would suggest that someone else posted for him. Anyway, if they are different people, how could HIAG get Saints to post?

 

Last night was one of my worst experiences there in contrast ... only upside was that some silly twats had tried to hide some joints in an alloy at the SEAT showroom ... funniest thing was watching them look around forlornly whilst we were smoking them and laughing just across the road ... just hope they were Spurs fans

I would actually prefer it if they were the same parts of the same person! Those kinds of levels of insanity are far more interesting than the duller alternatives!

Good job they abandoned the original plan of smuggling them in up their arse. Apparently got uncomfortable after an hour up there and so they switched to the showroom plan.

It was ridiculous to be honest.
Basically there was a little situation where a few people started bickering, HIAG was one of them, but by no means the only one, 2 cliques had formed and the bickering was crossing into other threads, like the top 5 thread where people list their favourite 5 of something (books, films, games etc) HIAG listed his "favourite 5 times he had made Piskie look a twat" or something along those lines, and pretty much tried to derail the thread.
I just literally wanted one place where I wouldn't have to be subjected to all the back and forth bullshit between the groups.
Ginger has a knack of antagonising Spurlock, and Spurlock gives it back, and it can sometimes get a bit nasty.

All I did, was say to brb, the site admin, to have a word, and ask the people involved, if they wanted to bitch at each other, to keep it confined to one thread, that way all the rest of the PL threads would not be derailed. a fairly reasonable request i am sure you will agree.

HIAG took this as a personal slight against him, not sure why, because he was only one of the people involved, and did a thread saying how, if he wasn't allowed to take the piss out of people on every thread, that he would leave the forum.

Now brb is pretty no nonsense, and he isn't too happy when he has to get involved and sort people out when there is shenanigans. So the fact that he had to come in and warn folk probably put him in a bad mood. And when HIAG started making a big song and dance about how this was all a conspiracy to get him banned, and brb was being tyrannical etc, brb just wasnt in the mood for it and decided to ban him for a bit, to let him cool off.
As an unintended consequence, Saintsfan08, who many people (myself included) have long (half) joked as being a sock account of HIAG (they are very similar) was banned as well.

That is pretty much what happened in its entirety.

the site admin just asked people to be a little more mindful of not derailing threads, and HIAG had a meltdown, made a tit of himself, and got himself (and Saintsfan) banned as a consequence.

I had to laugh at the idiot on Radio Leicester last night claiming that we should have sold him last summer and brought genuine quality like Joe Allen

Riyad Mahrez is the most technically gifted footballer I've seen at Leicester in my life. I imagine older fans would talk about Keith Weller in the same breath as Riyad. That says it all.

It also says a lot when Spurs set up to effectively play two full backs with Davies and Vertonghen (with Sissoko in front in case it gets desperate) in order to stop him.

Whenever Mahrez got the ball Wanyama dropped into centre half and Vertonghen played as a second left back.

They weren't arsed when Gray, Albrighton or Chilwell got it. That's the difference.

I'm laughing but I can quite understand why that would have been considered to be extremely annoying to those who genuinely wanted to engage in a proper "top 5" type discussion. I get the impression that he's clever enough to have worked out that he probably pushed the boat a little too far with all of that nonsense. Let's hope he behaves himself when he comes back.

I was a huge fan of Keith Weller ... but Mahrez is the most technically gifted I have ever seen in the shirt .. just about every team we have played this season has had a game plan to cope with Mahrez (and Vardy) ... nullify the pair and you have a good chance of getting a result because we have been nowhere near as good defensively without the pocket dynamo that is N'Golo Kante
