Don't know tbh. Some loans do involve a fee but no idea if that is the case here.

Having a wee laugh to myself. Are you saying that if the deal is not tied up tomorrow, you are going to blame Rad - even though it might (probably) be Cellino's fault? This is truly historic - you're going to be taking Cellino's side! <whistle><yikes><laugh><laugh><laugh>

Looks like you could do quite a bit with that - Loft looks massive and that space infront of the garage is wasted - why did they put it so far back?
Also if you can get planning permission to build up where the side lobby is, you could easily turn that into a 5-bed <ok>

10 years ago I might have. :D Sadly, having retired 4 years ago, we're downsizing & this will be our final home. So whilst it's tempting to go wild, the reality is that the wife isn't up to lots of housework with her MS, & I'm a lazy barsteward. :D Got to keep it sensible. I'm looking at expanding downstairs, however, as it's entirely possible that the wife might not manage the stairs at some point, so it would be good to have more reception space just now, with an eye on possibly converting it to a downstairs ensuite bedroom. The wife prefers the cheaper lift option. Wished I'd never checked it out now. :D

Not sure what all the kerfuffle about this "deadline" is anyway? Does it mean the deal is dead if not completed today? No!

Someone has made decisions on which youngsters to release, taking up another year on Hernandez and Doukarra, offering Taylor a new deal, spending money on a refurb of the West Stand, honouring the season ticket refunds and bringing in the ex Madrid chap and Angus whatshisface from West Ham. It's hardly inertia with the Play Offs not even done.

Truth is none of us know where we are with the takeover, Monks contract or lining up transfer targets etc. I'm not a big one for the 72, HITC etc and all the other rehashed sensationalism that gets repeated on twatter and farcebook and becomes gospel. Personally I am quietly confident things are going to be just fine and probably quite good. Am I right? Who knows - no-one knows any more than those saying the world is nigh if a deal is not done today.

Off to Cyprus for a week tomorrow so, if I post and sound like Wakey next week you know why but I will try and avoid references to prodding the sleeping crocodile - I have the decency to wake her up first <laugh>

Bit of financial sparring is all it is.stage payments and torino needing some cash.we are in transition so the money had to be found .season tickets have more than likely covered first payment.
