I decided yesterday afternoon to watch the match back from Sat and to my shock Chris Waddle still has a job at ESPN, how is this possible the man cant speak properly and get the most simple words wrong.

The main 2 issues with his commentry, who the hell are 'Arzel' and for a former player of ours he is the most anti newcastle commentator out there, At one stage Saylor wins a header from RvP and all he kept spouting was if he had been a second later there that would have surely been a 'pelanty' to 'Arzel', not what a great bit of defending.

I reckon he defo has 'pelanty' issues. I wonder why? Supposedly Carew can't say it properly either!

Perhaps he has 'pelanty' of issues because he's an 'Arzel'.

I was at a football academy many, many moons ago and Sir Bobby, Glenn Hoddle and Waddle were there.

Bobby gave me an award and congratulated me. Hoddle then agreed to have his picture taken with me for the local paper but Waddle buggered off before he was supposed to award prizes to the group of kids he was mentoring.

I can sense some real anger OT. I suggest a strongly worded letter accompanied by a highlight reel of his career. Just have his pelanty miss and subsequent tears on a loop. Its petty but trust me you'll feel better.

He's a Sunderland supporter who grew up in Wardley, my ma went to school with him and reckons he was quite quiet, not too clever and a proper scruff.

He's a truly awful pundit like, had to endure a couple of games in Vegas last year with his drivel somewhat ruining the overall experience.

I watched it back too and I'm sure he said there was a well timed tackle by Rosicky but he just didn't get the ball. Surely not that well timed then? He also obsesses about pace and last season he was constantly complaining about the high defensive line despite our defence catching the most opponents offside all season.
