Boro are ****e, so it should be straightforward. That said, you don't seem to do straightforward at home of late. You'll probably be drawing and then we'll net a last minute goal at the Emirates to save your arses. Everton that.
That will be too much for our poor tickers I suppose the benefit from your point of view you'll have @astro being in your debt forever and he'll be always nice to you, koeman and all Everton.
For once Everton can do us a favour. Our home form is deplorable. We have won almost the same number of games both home and away. Home won 11 Away won 10.
It'd be far funnier watch him having a total nuclear meltdown if we completely rolled over and then you didn't win
Arsenal have the danger of attack, attack, attack of Everton leaving the back door open. Liverpool can win with one goal and the matter is settled. Middlesbrough are coming to play with freedom, nothing to play for.
They could play an open game or if they wanted to be "obstructive " could play 11 men behind the ball from the first whistle. They know full well an open game means certain defeat, possibly by a large score.
May be ancient history but it had a long arching effect. I think we're still trying to recover from the damage H&G wreaked.
It's annoying that we haven't already wrapped up top 4 but here we are ... can we do it? If we play the same team, then perfect because this is an attacking team which can unlock defences. Klppp went into a shell recently trying to keep it tight and nick a goal here and there. Let's go all out!
Well.. ideally it'd be that simple. Klipp didnt have sturridge to play and had ro nurse coutinho as well so the fact that we won by the odd goal speaks volumes ro fight in the side. Dropped points at home speak volumes to the silly errors we are prone to. If we can get all on pitch and rip up boro great...any win will do and we can get this season behind us and start wondering if we can improve and stalk transfer board for 2 months.
Boro first, and then see who we're against. We don't know if it's going to be against a team we've never heard of, or a major European power. If it's a team we've never heard of THEN is the time to worry about it.
Kane just did you a favour, as Lukaku will be desperate to grab the golden boot, and he looked nailed on until tonight
