The letter HCST sent to the club over a year ago and chased up several times since... HCST Write to Hull City To Seek Urgent Clarification on Membership Scheme Terms and Conditions http://hullcitysupporterstrust.com/memschtandcclarify/
Even if you're ok with the name stuff, and concession stuff, and the general Allam belligerence towards ALL fans (none of you are in favour remember, we're all hooligans) and anything else you care to mention - you still have to sign up to that shady membership agreement to see the team. Everything is dodgy and/or hostile from the club now. No wonder so many see it as a poison not worth bothering with til a change at the top happens.
It seems like you've finally got it , but only due to the direct impact on yourself and your daughter , I guess that's the way it works with some people
There're a fair few that should look at their actions and inactions on issues over recent years. Sadly, human nature means if they do, they'll find a way of justifying them. C'est la vie.
I really liked the Allams longer then most I was a stupid **** wit When they re applied to change the name I went right off them When they knocked £200 off my season ticket I HATED the ****s because they increased prices for all kids in stadium by a huge amount. Pricing young fans out of the stadium is the actions of a heartless bastard They can **** off now I told specialist at castle hill I didnt want to have my radiotherapy and scan in any machines they had bought.
"I want to enable more and more people, especially young ones, to actually watch football. The main thing is the club needs to look after its fans and that is what we aim to do."
Different times You know, the times before there wasn't a club policy to not use the words Hull City! (and for some reason also the time that he didn't refer to us as Hull City Tigers despite believing they had been our name since 1904!) n a statement issued by the Allams, they said: "More details of the agreement will be made public in due course. For the time being, it is important to stress to everyone, especially the supporters of Hull City, that we see our role as bringing financial stability to the club
That is the reason I don't like the current badge. I have no objection to the lack of our name on it, the first City kits with a badge on (excluding the one off season in the 1930s with a blue kit with the three crowns badge on. Coincidentally the season the steam locomotive carrying the name Hull City was built and so carried a name plate with a blue background not black and amber for some years) only had a tiger's head and no name. Neither do Wolves as like us the badge is the nickname and needs nothing further. The Allams appropriated the 1904 as if to say we had used the name they decided we were called has been that since 1904.
And that right there is why the Allams are disqualified from the stupid things people said thread. They would win by a country mile. And oddly enough they still have their defenders. ****s they are.
James Mooney said that it was he who suggested the 1904 on the badge as he thought it would help appease the fans if the team name wasn't on.
James Mooney recently told me (with a wry smile), one of the best things about his new job, is that he can use the club name whenever he likes.
The name change appeal was still ongoing so they weren't prepared to put a name on, he seemed quite dismayed at the FWG meeting when he was told by members of the group that it was crap. I got the impression it was all his work.
