Why do some of you hate Barcelona ? Because they are better than us ? Because we aspire to be them but are currently a poor, weakened, diluted, no added sugar, low calorie, cheap version ??

We took Cesc from Barca then sold him back for £35m. The only thieves here are US !!!!

Barcelona have done nothing wrong for wanting their player back, a player they created and developed.

    Because:
Alves dives and gives nasty fouls. Busquets dives. Valdes cheats. Abidal, Valdes and another one will get away with grabbing our players by the neck. Xavi, Puyol and Pique can't shut up. They didn't pay his worth, after we turned him into the player he is. The refs are biased towards them.

I didn't like the way they forced Cesc to take sides with their constant comments in the media. They should treat other clubs as equals, not as an inconvenience who hold a player they want.

Thanks. It annoys me the most when people cheat when they are good enough to not need to. Like Ronaldo at United.

    What a load of bollocks.

We actually beat Barca last season, did you forget?

They didn't want Cesc when he was 16. We gave him a chance and helped him to become a world champion.

I can understand he wants to go home, but the way Barca have behaved in tapping him up for the last two years is well out of order.

    Excellent, fully agree with it.

The way they conducted themselves during Fabregas-Sage for the past three years was absolutely appaling.

I used to like them actually when they had the likes of Ronaldinho, Eto'o, Gio, Larsson etc. But now half their team is full of douchebags and cheats.

Eboue dives, Song stamps on players, Wilshere has a nasty streak, RVP has a nasty streak, you can go through every team and identify dirty baskets, Arsenal are no different and are certainly not holier than thou.

It strikes me as sour grapes. We used a legal loophole to steal Cesc from them and they wanted him back. You are very naive if you think Arsenal made Cesc the player he is today, he would've become that player anywhere. His first game for us in the Charity Shield all those years ago .. you could see how good a player he was.

Did Man U Rooney the player he is ? Did they make Ronaldo the player he is ? Did Aston Villa make Ashley Young the player he is ? Absolutely NOT. You could see the talent, they just developed as they turned from being boys to men, teenagers to men.

You sir are the naive one. It's because of Arsenal that Fabregas is capable of surpassing Xavi. What we gave him was tutorship under the best of the Invincibles. That's why he creates more chances than anyone else in Europe. That's why he made the difference after he was brought on in the World Cup Final.

Yeah we did beat Barca, somehow, after getting battered for most of the game. If that is proof to you that we are better than we are then so be it. I'm not that easy to please.

I actually agree with this. There are literally thousands out there with unbelieveable potential but it takes care and nurturing to bring it out of them. Most never live up to their billing, sometimes through injuries, sometimes through having made the wrong career path and just sometimes because they're twats. Cesc moved at the right time to the right team and he had some inspirational people to work under. I certainly don't begrudge him wanting to return to Spain but I think Barcelona's attitude in this has stunk.

The video is for no other reason than because it makes me laugh.

How do you know they didn't want Cesc at 16 ? They can't offer pro contracts to 16 year olds, they couldn't have stopped Cesc being stolen if they involved Dominic Strauss-Kahn, Arch Bishop Desmond Tutu, Kofi Anand and the war crimes court in wherever the hell they are !!

Because they concede that their golden boys were Iniesta and Messi, while Xavi was fairly young. Fabregas was to Iniesta as Lansbury is to Wilshere.

Ok. sop tell me, with Arsenal/Wengers amazing skills of nuturing, how many players have Wenger developed/nurtured himself ? Jack Wilshere and Ashley Cole and that is your lot !

What happened to Bentley ? J.E.T ? Vela ? Merida ? Randall ? The shocking right back who went to Middlesborough (black guy, forget his name, had a brother too), We are a tale of failed experiments. If we were so good at nurturing Vela and Merida would also be world beaters, do you know why they are not, it's because Fabregas was on a whole other level and would've succeeded anywhere he went. Just like Cristiano Ronaldo, just like Messi.

Erm, I think you'll find every club has a large amount of 'failed experiments' every season! Even Barca.

What about Song, RVP, Szczesny, Walcott, Ramsey and so forth? Players we've nurtured from similar ages.
Why don't you just switch your team already.

sorry? What? so if fabregas went to Accrington Stanley he would be in the same position he is in now? Arsene Wenger and Arsenal had nothing to do wih fabregas's progression as a player?

Wipe the drool from your face you blithering idiot!

Pretty much all of the Barcelona team are cheats-diving all over the place and the refs are bias towards them. Also, the way the deal with transfers, Fabregas in particular is pretty annoying. Tapping players up, and messing Arsenal around. Arsenal said what they wanted for him, then they messed around for two months (recently, about two years in total) offering less than what they wanted. Turned me right off Barca.
