Would have been 6-0 or 7-0 to Arsenal tonight but for Pickford. Good young keeper, needs to communicate with his defence a bit more, but that will come with experience. £20m easy for him, reckon he's worth more like £25m

We'll give you £15m plus Jay Rodrigues.

Forster can go to anyone willing to pay over 10 for him.

    Looks a good un

Your relegation will have an impact on the price though, don't players relegated get sold cheap?

Depends what kind of relegation clause, if any, Pickford has in his contract.

    True

But I thought it was a given that relegation means knock so much off a players price tag and wages if they stay

Seriously though if Moyes gets off his "I was at utd" horse and gets over his last couple of years I reckon this could be a perfect fit for both of you

At Preston and Everton he did a good job as it was about stability and Sunderland simply need to get stability

I've never rated him all that highly to be honest.

Decent shot stopper (most are at this level), but for a keeper of his size doesn't dominate his box anywhere near enough as he should.

Poor at crosses/distribution too. Also very slow to get down so susceptible to low shots without them needing much power.

This year his shot stopping has been poor too, think he has the worst shot-save ratio in the league along with Bravo.

Basically he's a very average keeper who's been massively overrated due to probably being English and how good our defence was.

Tends to have a blinder at your place though... do you lot want him? :bandit:

Depends how desperate Sunderland are to bolster their squad and how much budget Moyes will have in the summer.
If they can get £20m for Pickford, they will probably let him go, thats too much money to have sitting in a goalkeeper, if the rest of your squad isnt up to snuff.
A lot of players agents request clauses in their contracts, so maybe Sunderland will be forced to accept any offer over a certain amount, say £5-10m, if they are relegated.

I was always under the impression that relegation took away certain power from the club but couldn't recall if it was standard contract stuff
