I think Nunez has impressed more than McCormack so far. I guess now we've got Keogh, we might as well give him a shot since no-one else is coughing up with the goals, so it would be:

    Keogh

    Sam - Nunez - Snodgrass

No idea what Keogh's like, though he is apparently six foot and looks a bit lanky so maybe he'll actually win some knock-downs. His scoring record isn't blowing me away, though if he provides for the midfield to go forward and get the goals, fair enough.

well actually i do... i dont think hes done enough, he had the chance and i realise its unfair to drop a player just because he is not the right type of player and thats harsh but he didnt work hard enough for me against sotton, often i saw howson run past him to chase down the defenders because mccormack wasnt doing it. If you play that lone striker role and you are unable to win headers you need to work exceptionally hard and make runs constantly, something i believe he didnt do

... which is why he should have Keogh alongside him.

WELL YOU MUST HAVE BEEN OR HAD A SESSION ON THE OLD CRACK PIPE WHEN YOU WROTE THE FIRST LINE.
    Anyway,

Leeds looks doomed. Howson and Hissy Fitting Gradel OUT for the game. A slow and ponderous back 4 and nowt much else anywhere. Gloom and Doom all over pityful Leeds Utd. 0 - 4 Hull City at least and maybe worse. Time to get your sat navs ready for next season Leeds fans with trips to Rochdale and Walsall maybe. But as for now, what will you have left after tuesday with trips to West Ham on sunday (BBC..national humiliation) and Ipswich on saturday week.
5 games and NIL points by the international break. As Status Quo Sing.....Down Down deeper on Down. UTT COYH

Chip on the shoulder much? I must have forgotten that Robert Snodgrass and Adam Clayton don't exist, Nunez and Sam are clearly ****e too, not to mention that Ross McCormack you wanted to pay £4m for.

Of the players who will line up for you 2morro, Snodgrass is the only one who would get in our team

Better chance than any to beat Leeds, making it more likely that we'll lose. Typical City that whenever we have a bigger incentive to win, we tend to lose. One of the worst being a couple of seasons ago when we were playing Birmingham at home... they had half their team out and had to play Gary O'Connor as a lone striker and we played terrible, losing to a Gary O'Connor goal.

Keogh is a good addition for Leeds - he'd have been a good foil for Fryatt.

I think the jealousy goes a wee bit further than this season.

You're probably the only club I can think of that has a special little name for us, TWS I think it is, bless you all, are we really that important to you?

It was £3m and it was back when our manager was specialising in finding mediocre players for our clueless chairman to offer ridiculous contracts too. Halmosi from Plymouth for £2.5m and Ghilas from Celta Vigo for £2m to name just two, neither of whom were good enough to make the team and we're still paying one of the useless buggers to play for someone else. <doh>

It tickles me how often the bored contempt for some of the inadequate that follow TWS is seen as envy of the club, by the very same inadequate types.

Who would envy the new MKDons? TWS Englands newest franchise, a club with no history, hanging on in by the charity of the football league. It's why people from Leeds don't bother with the football club and stick with RL.

AGREED. Its was Phil Brown who wanted the crape McCormack. i would not give a multi-bag of walkers crisps for him.

As for a chip on the shoulder ? no chance. I just love to see leeds fans biggin up a club that has long gone from what they were. Leeds are more likely to be playing in the Blue Square Premier than Europe again. Enjoy tuesday and your relegation dog fight this season. Bring it on. Oh yes.......Middlesboro are No.1 in yorkshire at the moment. Lol.
