This still strikes me as involving some pretty major assumptions about the motives of the club. It's certainly possible that fan reaction is the driving force...it's also entirely possible that the rumoured split between Puel and some of the players is genuine, or Reed feels that he's deviating too much from the club's desired style of play, or Puel and family are unsettled, or a whole host of other reasons that cannot be laid at the feet of malcontent supporters. From the outside the fan comments are the only real concrete element on display, but I doubt that's the case within the club itself if they're leaning toward his departure.

In a fashion, I don't think that it's giving the club enough credit; I mean, the fan unrest has been pretty muted in the grand scheme, and suggesting that it's the principle reason Puel would be removed ultimately suggests that they're pretty easily swayed.

I'll happily have a discussion with anyone on here, but when people pick up on one spelling mistake and mock it instead of commenting on the post you've just written it's pathetic, like being a school.
