Although my daughter is a long term supporter, home and away, she spends most of the game on her phone. She definitely requires surgery to have it removed.
I did actually phone the ticket office about the possibility of cancelling my season tickets. The girl informed me I needed to supply the reason why I wanted to cancel. I don't suppose 'crap football' is the answer they would want.
There's a rumour going around that he has been sacked. I guess we'll see tonight if it's true - either from his absence or from a superb display against the champions...
Sadly it isn't too important. The problem is who would replace him? The Pozzos seem to know a lot about sacking people and little about recruitment. There's only one person I'd like to see and that is the man doing a great job at Burnley.
I never thought I'd say this but if they let Deano go and employ someone who speaks little English I think, and it hurts after 50+ years to say, I won't be very interested next year. I can see where you are coming from superorns Just glad I was around for the golden years
I doubt he'd do it really - I seem to recollect something about him not appreciating the Pozzo's 'style'. There are persistent rumours about Hull's Marco Silva taking over the job.
I hope the rumours are true but i think he will want to much as we are one of the fav to go down at present
Favourites to go down next season already? I don't know which to mock first - the bookies or those who believe them...
Presumably our manager was a wealthy man before he arrived. A 2 or 3 million pound payoff would not be so bad. He has experienced the EPL and must realise if he stays then goodwill towards him has almost been exhausted. It would be easy for him to return to Italy with his reputation hardly effected at this stage.
At the start of the season it was believed that we needed a creative midfielder. We got one and, at times, we looked quite good. He got injured so we got another and he got injured. The forward line has not had the service it needed. That is not to say that WM has made the most of what he has got but would we be having this conversation if Pereyra had not been injured. If the Pozzos believe that then WM could stay.
Well he still managed to blame the offfcials.. http://m.hertfordshiremercury.co.uk...y-at-chelsea/story-30334749-detail/story.html Maybe needs to out the disclipline
He is not liked by most of the fans , he has pissed off our Mr Watford and a few of the other players .If the players will not go that extra mile for him (and from what i have seen some have been doing the min) why do we still want him
WM is still talking about the players that that he wants to be here next season ,So what is the tue meeting about maybe he has to inform the club were he is going for his holidays . We have a smaller group because we dont fill our home grown numbers and losing troy and ben will not help and if WM stays im sure they will not .
Mason was a total homer last night... not as if they needed any help. Batpoo should have been sent off before being substituted: you can bet your bottom dollar the only reasons he stayed on were 1. Prodl took it like a rugby player, not your average premier league player and, 2. he wasn't wearing a blue shirt. And before anyone says he didn't touch him, that there was an attempt to stick his forehead into Prodl's nose is sufficient enough. That's the law, and it was not properly applied. That's not to say we don't have disciplinary problems... plain to see.
True - Prodl did do well there but I fear too many others have damaged our reputation a bit. Plus like you say we aren't that fashionable/popular enough to get things go our way..
There is no "he should stay next season" option on the vote and until now no one has picked this up, I think. That says it all really.
