Liking the positivity Tigress. When have we ever won away in May on a Sunday and at 12 o'clock?

    Todays the day.

In truth, it's the most relaxed I've felt about a game for years.

Whatever happens, I want to carry this feeling into next season.

Been way too ****ing stressful the last few years at City.

    Agreed. Sadly.

From the moment it was clarified they needed something, it had a stalwart (but probably somewhat dodgy) BFS 1-0 home win written all over it.

There's a first time for everything BAAG!

We're in last chance saloon, positivity and hope all we've got left, and us long suffering City fans know where hope takes us!

11/4 on a penalty being awarded for either side

11/2 Palace to score a penalty

Sun is shining here in Larndon Town and I feel positive.
We will take it to the last game of the season.

Need to go for it rather than die wondering today. Nothing to lose as everyone has pretty much written us off now. If we can pull off a win today there's still work to do next week but belief would be restored. Football, as we all know, can be a funny old game. C'mon you Hull!

    Sod the win.

We need to win big and get goal difference out the equation.

No excuse for not aiming for ten nil. Seven to get us on par and a few extra for ****s and giggles.

Disappointing from the Trust chairman on the eve of the game. In fact it's ****ing ****. Not posted the full article. But he's coming to the spurs game but has boycotted all season. Meh

Bielby needs no encouragement to set off on what is a passionate - yet pessimistic - assessment of their future.

‘I look at the likes of Blackpool, Coventry, Leeds, Blackburn, Bolton - all of them former Premier League clubs whose fans have fought with owners and fallen through the divisions,’ he starts.

‘I really fear we will be the next name on that list. Relegation is potentially catastrophic.

‘We have owners who do not want to sell in Premier League because of the money it generates and who can’t sell in the Championship because they then want too much.

‘We’ve had a very good second half of the season under Silva but a lot of that success has been built on six loan signings.

‘If we go down then the likes of Harry Maguire, Sam Clucas and Andy Robertson - who have been excellent - will almost certainly leave as well. And there is no way the manager will stay, even if we do survive he has proven himself very capable in the Premier League and someone will take a punt on him.

It was from that day last May at Wembley to the end of the transfer window that relegation was virtually guaranteed. Courtesy Mr Ehab Allam who couldn't be seen to sack his dad's pal, so he hung him out to dry.
Last time we went down many neutrals were surprised how our fans applauded the team, as most teams boo their relegated players or blub like buffoons.
I think that if we go down next week (or even today), the players and the manager will get a fantastic reception at the end in recognition of their efforts.
They have exceeded our expectations despite handicaps placed on them by the current owners. They deserve all the recognition they will get. Hope they realise that we understand as well as they do whose responsibility this relegation is.

Anyone who says they didn't have the passion recently is wrong.

Quality, maybe, but the squad have worked hard and are a team.

Palace need a point. As we need the win I think BFS will flood their midfield and set up for a draw, play us on the break and use Zaha to rip us to shreds..

Just heard one of the coach drivers saying they've recently had their free tickets to the away games stopped. They used to get free tickets to watch a good 80 minutes of the game but this recently stopped.

One year ago today. A crucial away game kicking off on a lunchtime. Hopefully a sign!

    Umpteenth example of pennywise poundfoolish.
Presumably the free coach travel cut deep with someone who had to make amends elsewhere to make himself feel better.

I live in Sheffield so the bridge poses no danger, us losing and ****ing Wednesday winning may tip me towards the edge tho!
