Sorry chaps, I know I'm off piste here, but the emotions are running high :emoticon-0107-sweat

I was there when Chris Malkin scored in extra time in 1991, when we last won a play off at the old Wembley.
Times have changed, but how we'd love to do it again.
    Come on Rovers!

Good luck SimonJ. As someone with a soft spot for the mighty Imps (courtesy of my ol man's lifelong support) I hope you do it. 95 points in runner up deserves spot in the play off finals surely.

Best of luck Simon, always had a soft spot for Tranmere since good old Johnnie Aldrige took the reigns back in the 90s:emoticon-0148-yes:

And I remember them going in at half time 3-0 down in the FA Cup against a team from a higher division (maybe Premier) and the commentators were talking as though it was all over. But no. Tranmere banged in 4 in the second half. Must have been one of the biggest turn round if FA Cup history. I wonder what the odds were at half time.

Cheers Red. I remembered the game as I listened to the entire commentary and was cheering Tranmere. Just couldn't remember who they beat. <cheers>

I'm not surprised - you lost to a village team!
How many supporters did Tranmere take?
