Just reading about that but it seems to be a premier league thing - although that said I've only looked for around 5 minutes!
How ****ing complicated is red & white stripes? Not very, just alternating stripes with no solid panels to be seen. The '73 Cup Final shirt will do nicely as a template, thank you very much. With black shorts and red socks with a white roll-top. Barcodes and panels are for ****s, i.e. them up the road...
https://www.uefa.org/documentlibrary/regulations/ Scroll down a bit and there's a pdf of the kit regulations. This is where the solid back panel bit comes from. The Premier League started adhering to this more this season just finishing (see current West Brom and Stoke kits). Obviously we took no notice. Despite all this, I'm sure I heard from somewhere that there was some kind of pledge from the club to keep our kit as traditional as possible. i.e. no back panel and stripes of a certain width.
Remember back in the 90's when Dalglish ruined Newcastle when they had that stupid shield on the back of their shirts. Absolute batty of a shirt... What if you didn't want a number and a name? It'd just look like it was made for something but it was empty... like their trophy cabinet. please log in to view this image
Wouldn't mind getting them in a cup. That's horrific, that thing. Birmingham City had something similar with a big stupid circle on the back. If you didn't want a name/number I think you could get a big club badge to fill the space. Looked ****.
Now now tel.... They have the championship trophy to put in there... Although we've won that a more than them as well as the top division trophy!!
I know an ITK guy and he has assured me your new kit will cum with a fanny pack and a championship badge on the sleeve. I'll just leave that with you.
I know an ITK guy and he has assured me that you love to shag your sister. I'll just leave that with you.
