The people frustrated with Puel will be delighted with Carvahal. According to a Sheff Wed mate of mine they play very negative boring football despite being one of the most expensive squads in the league
I think the 'negative' atmosphere is being blown out of proportion. Yes, that atmosphere has been the worst I've known at St Mary's, but the vitriolic comments/jeers that people keep saying are made to the players isn't something I've heard THAT much of, and I sit towards the back of the Northam.
I'll not be sorry, he hasn't delivered much of anything - the cup run was not a managerial triumph despite being a season highlight. Being honest we have been sliding all season with occasional scrambles upwards.
Are you always this sensitive? Generally, no I dont talk for other people, but I hedged a bet I wouldn't have been alone wondering where your views sat. Anyhow, there is enough on here so no more clogging it up on this subject.
I'd suggest the majority of minutes played have been boring, with some good patches. Bit like this forum lately
No, not sensitive, I just prefer to debate like an adult without the need for unfunny observations on people's views...
I recall sitting - well, mostly standing - in a half empty ground for two seasons in League 1. The atmosphere was 100 times better than it is now.
It's ok Billy I probably overreacted to you just changing my comment instead of replying to it normally. I don't have a personal problem with anybody here and have NEVER used the ignore button!.
After our recent managerial history I couldn't careless any more. We only have them for two seasons at the most. I believe this. If Saints had been an amazing attacking force tearing up the league and gaining plaudits week-in week-out Puel would be gone the first big offer/big club that came along.
