Last day wouldn't matter, it would likely be over for us already

Let's hope it won't come to that. I have a horrible feeling it might though. I really thought that we would have secured top 4 weeks ago, with the run in we had and with the difficulty of those of our rivals. The mancs and Arsenal we thought were bound to drop many points. They did, but less than we hoped for and we squandered points, many more than we expected.

@astro said the must win games were not, as we kept having many of those. If we get into top 4, they were not. If we don't they definitely were :bandit:

I think with both matches we have to go for the tactic of 'you score one, we score two.'Just play without any fear and go mental. If it ends up being 6-5 i don't really care haha. Anything is better than that **** we've had to watch ATM.

West Ham is a cup competition for Liverpool, I do not know how West Ham is going to take it. I believe they still want to end up higher in the league.

If West Ham treat that match as a cup final we could be in big trouble. We'd be happy with a point in that case. Our drop in form is really alarming. Come on! Only 2 matches left and we are sorted. <grr>

Its last home game for west ham... so... you have to expect it will be a display for their fans

my view is number ONE is do not lose this... just don't.

Assume arsenal might draw one and then i would be happy to see us draw v west ham away.

If it comes down to the last game and you need us to get something at the Emirates, that'll make it interesting on here <laugh>

Andy Carroll (sick note) is going to be fit for this one, if not for any other games. He's a man to watch.

If Everton can get all the points at the Emirates who cares?. They lost their first game of the season to a team from Merseyside. They
can lose the last one to another team from Merseyside. Who cares about Wenger?.

the way to look at this is:

    1. they go to stoke, this is away game and on saturday.

    2. We go to west ham. away but on sunday.. we will KNOW 100% what we need to go do.

    3. They play sunderland at home midweek. at home... we can't think this will be a result for us cos sunderland frankly play at weekend too and will get tonked

    4. They play everton 6 days prior to FA cup final. If they are in with a shout of CL they will give 100% in this game.

So.... if they win at stoke and don't **** up we must also win... thats it really. we will know what reuslt is good enough sunday and will have to deliver it.

Beat them at home and took points against Man City and Man u. Gotta hope they do a Saints where they just sit back for 90 mins and hope Lukaku can do damage but if they try and match them they ain't winning it.

Koeman probably wants to prove something as well.

Lose to Arsenal and we miss out on Champions League. Everton will basically throw the game

Everton will roll over and have their bellies tickled.

Soton have basically just given up, even the game against us they didn't bother attacking and we were just too slow break them down. Difference being Arse have Sanchez to make an impact.
