This is a very good start, Johnny.

If you can keep the likes of Schmeichel and Vardy and one or two others, I can see you avoiding relegation, certainly. The loss of Mahrez will, however, have some impact, so you might want to prepare for a lower-mid table finish, next season.

Okay, this is a bit of lapse for you, which is disappointing.

Levy would have no qualms about offering £36m for Mahrez, if Poch believes we need him. He's already spent that kind of money on players who are not as good as Mahrez.

The only real question would be whether or not Mahrez wants to stay in the Prem or move to France.

Just accept it as read, that I am always concerned about Spurs, Johnny, and that that isn't a reason for me not to discuss the fortunes and destinies of other clubs.

I will readily admit to you, here and now, that if we were to lose Walker, Kane, Alli, Eriksen, Dier and Alderweireld in one season, we'd be ****ed. Do you think that is likely to happen, Johnny?

 

Indeed it'll take three seasons for all those to be sold but Eriksen & Walker this summer for sure imho.

He's utter pony. Just don't understand what it is he tries doing on the pitch. He's had a bout 4 good games since joining. I realise now why Geordies were partying when we paid £30m for him.

 

I don't expect you to lose them all at once now. Just like we haven't and even Southampton don't. I've got confidence in us to go again under the current regime. I think every balanced person can see that the run we went on to get ourselves in the **** wasn't an adequate reflection on the club and more so stupid things happening behind the scenes which has been seemingly resolved
