Aside from who you've mentioned:

Walker and Rose are the best two full backs in the Prem, so they make any side.
Vertonghen easily makes Utd's, City's, Pool's and Arsenal's XI and would arguably get in over Cahill in your line up.
Utd supposedly want Dier, while he'd easily get in City's defence, Arsenal's too because Gabriel is ****.
Dembele & Wanyama get in Utd's, Pool's and Arsenal's XI.
