I've got to assume you are on your usual sauce. Of course it isn't impossible but I just don't see how this is a realistic deal. Fabregas is just about to win the title with Chelsea for the 2nd time in 3 seasons, he is being played regularly in a successful team and presumably being very well paid for it. I just don't see it as even in the ballpark of 'realistic' - didn't he turn down Man Utd a few seasons back? M'Villa, Remy, Townsend, Siggurdsson, Shawcross, Jones/ Smalling/Shaw, Gibson, Defoe, Mahrez, Vardy and/or any cast-offs from the top 6 who fit the bill. I don't see why these players would sign for us but I'd at least accept them as 'possible' targets. Realistically we'll get half a dozen players for 10-15 million each, most of whom I've never heard of before and when the summer finishes I'll be left thinking "where have we spunked all that money?". For all his positives Rafa has a very patchy purchasing record.
