I know I am going off on a tangent, here, but as it's been raised...

I'm thinking that there should be a lifting of all bans, and mods should agree a universal code of ethics, so that everyone knows where they stand.

All three of my bans were unmerited. Sure, I can be a twat (a very funny one, most of the time, sure), but that shouldn't be a reason to ban me, not without due and proper warning, at least.

It should be unacceptable for a non-partisan poster to harass a partisan poster on his own club board, and quite rightly so.

Posters should only be banned for personally abusing another poster - and that should apply equally to both partisan and non-partisan posters on individual club boards. For anything else, a temporary ban could be issued or, better still, a simple removal of offending posts by board mods.

You might need to take some legal action to get that through mate.

 

I think you should consider taking this to the European Court of Human Rights mate.

The end of Sockgate will surely give you grounds for an appeal here.

I don't understand why you are hurting so badly and refuse to accept the evidence. Is it because of my prescient words predicting Liverpool would finish 8th last year came to fruition?

I was banned from the Mouser board for predicting that Benitez would get sacked.

Sure, I took the piss at the same time - but surely that's par for the course?

To ban me for it - especially when I was subsequently proven right! - was extremely churlish and immature.
