    West Ham defender Jose Fonte has warned Liverpool that they will be gunning to wreck their Champions League hopes when the clubs meet at the London Stadium on Sunday.

    The Reds must win their remaining two matches to guarantee a top-four finish but the Portuguese centre-back says the Hammers will be fired up for the visit of Jurgen Klopp’s men.
    A resurgent West Ham side effectively ended Tottenham’s Premier League title challenge with a 1-0 home win last Friday night as they extended their unbeaten run to five matches.

    Funny how every time we play there is someone who wants to "wreck our hopes" but when Man Utd/City rock up they're all "let's enjoy the day out and hope for a result"

    Seems alittle vindictive for a man who has no interest in what happens at the top of the table. Does he also want ManU, Citeh and Arsenal CL hopes wrecked?
    Is it because he's the only Soton player we've never tried to buy.
