Actually I dont think Liverpool have ever finished second to us. In 1955 it was Wolves In 2005 Arsenal were second in 2006 and 2010 it was Man united and in 2015 it was City
The most recent times I remember finishing 2nd was against City a few years ago. United a little bit before that, and then was it Arsenal a long time before that. Oops and that's exactly what you said.
