So you think I should be pleasant towards someone who (i) repeatedly threatened to inflict physical violence on me, and (ii) sent unsolicited topless pictures of himself to me (and 2 others as well). As I said at the time I’ve been on this forum 6 years and in all that time have never previously, for one second, even considered ‘blocking’ someone. Re point (ii) his behaviour was so outrageous I even had to threaten him with the Police if he did it again. Please, please, please though let’s not go down the road of talking about him again.

I've thrown a sick-day today with a mind-bogglingly sore throat. If I were a steeplechaser I'd be running a good 2 stone below my official rating. Lunch TBD at this stage. There is some of last night's lasagne in the fridge (topped with the traditional mozzarella and - with my own added twist - Red Leicester. A "top table" culinary tip if ever there was one) but the kids will be wanting that after school and it ain't worth the grief of eating it before they get home.
