It's a lad called James in Hedon, he just messaged me to say there's a whole discussion about the owners acting out of spite that's been omitted.
So the meeting was generally thought of a good, positive move. The minutes were promised, some doubted they'd be published either within the timescale stated or even at all, but they WERE provided. Today's game see's a huge effort to get people in early, to provide entertainment, cheer beer. Its a step in the right direction. Unsurprisingly, acrimonious comments about the owners are left out, as the minutes concentrates on the important bits and the action points. Some people still aren't happy. What the actual **** would be gained by including a discussion around peoples personal views on the owners? You have the internet for that. Plus, anything said was noted by the club. Job done. Give your ****ing selves a shake. Also, just because you have a view, and it's expressed to the club at one of these meetings, or any other meeting, does not mean its right.
Happy - care to comment about those sacked today (they replace the divots)? Stewards to do it now apparently. Those silly ****s (Allams) ought to do the job properly. Sack the stewards and get the players to do it after the game. Stewards can be got rid of as well, just gradually keep closing sections of the ground until there is nowhere for the fans to go. No fans no stewards.
Why can't we have 2 sets of minutes made public? What are they afraid of? We've had 3 years of prevarications, feigned ingenuity and cynical delaying ploys. We're still getting these lies and horseshit about the name change. They know exactly what winds up the fans and drives people away from the club, yet they persist in sending out a jobsworth puppet to pump out the "We'll get back to you' and the 'We'll look into it' and the "We'll review it" and the "What problem?" bullshit. This riles people to ****. The lip service to discussion, the non engagement, the cynical toying with the concept of 'listening to the fans' GTF you ****ers.
Minutes that aren't an accurate reflection of the meeting aren't minutes, ergo accurate minutes haven't been published
What have groundsmen got to do with the supporters committee? **** all? How can you sack people who work for free? Tickets aren't a wage. They're opening up areas of the ground. Like or not, our "support" is not as great as people think. Yes, lets all look on the glum side, everything is ****. Boo hoo ****ing hoo.
Our support used to be just ****ing fine. You supported and continue to support the attempts to diminish it. We are where we are as a result.
Defending the indefensible again. If you're ****ing off the fans and they're not coming as a consequence, then address the reasons they're not coming, don't just shut parts of the ground and then deny that those issues even exist. Tom Rowell's denial of the club using Hull Tigers wherever they can is simply pathetic and it's right that he's called out on it.
Some of us were sceptical before the first meeting, I said that the fans shouldn't turn down the offer but go fully aware of the dirty tricks the club has used before at the FWG. Pick up the olive branch but use it to beat the **** out of them if they play their usual games. Generally the first thing on the agenda of a meeting is "are the minutes of the previous meeting true and accurate" Be prepared to take action if there is no agreement on amending the minutes, it could be a walk out or publishing a second set or something else. Looking for the positives, is there anything good from the meeting which has been done so far?
where are they using Hull Tigers?? Genuine question. I'm on the club site and it say hull city news. Twittter says hull city.
Happy our support used to be fine..My 13 year old and two mates went yesterday and it was 63 quid not included grub. Its just too expensive to go each week. Kids should not be 21 quid a ticket..
Facebook, YouTube and Academy Twitter are all Hull Tigers and the club OWS is HullCityTigers. Other than the Twitter account, we don't use Hull City on anything, none of the club's output uses it ever, it's pathetic.
Im with you 100% on concessions. I'd like to see more kids going too. 21 quid for a kid is bonkers I agree. Our support has always been sporadic beyond certain groups though.
Thanks. **** off silly ****. I asked a question. As I don't go on Facebook or the clubs you tube or academy twitter how would I ****ing see it. I go on the club website and it says Hull City news.
