Apparently his problem is his poor English in interviews and is not outgoing enough. Comes over rather dull He doesn't give media sound bites like other managers so gets criticised by the media Supporters struggling to connect with him compared with previous coaches
I agree with all of that...but the media and fans don't employ him. He could be a mute for all I care as long as he can manage a football team.

Working on his English would help, but he isn't going to have a personality transplant....he is what he is. JWP said once that he is a fun manager, but he obviously isn't a stand up comic full of charm in an interview. That won't change.....we should just live with it.
