I'd say is more complex than that but also agree that it's over hyped. It's an interesting watch of a series but ultimately quite plain and boring.
Breaking Bad had moments but also low points, I almost binned the whole thing at one point but ultimately it was worth the journey. With BCS every shot and every word is considered and planned, it's a masterpiece so far.
Being a fan of The a Wire go back and watch again while forgetting BB. They are similar in that every moment of the story has meaning, every scene is a piece of art. Just like The Wire.
Good games. This is a game i could seriously play all night but going to bed now please log in to view this image
I've only watched season 1 tbf. I found it really cheesy with the while family missing bollox. Probably should give it a go further though as I know we have similar taste (in general). I just found Walter White a really interesting character and thought Saul goodman was just a standard American TV character. I like Saul but a whole series about him??Really? I'd rather have Jesse Pinkman shouting 'Yo bitch' and crying tbh. I just see it as an obvious money spinner off the back of something very original, I can't seem to get away from that thinking. P.S. Please don't rate it in the same breath as The Wire I'll get all protective and ****
Yes Dr. Love that **** and happy to have someone to smash things up with. Respect and play anytime. Love that game. Drunk far too much rum and I'm almost shooting myself.
I pretty much thought the same as you, I didn't really like the Saul character and didn't think I'd like BCS but once you forget BB and realise that they are very different and then notice how stunning it all looks and how clever it all is your hooked. Saul is a twat in BB and finding out how he got that way is interesting.
Yeah I made the mistake of bitching about the last couple of series of the wire on here and Sky turned up and stood outside my house after planting a burning cross
I didn't mind Saul in BB, found him quite funny and fairly interesting. Just not someone I would have gone with for a spin off. I'll give in though and start watching it again from the start
I find his character on Saul is better developed than in BB. It's a different feeling show though. BB was more about the dark tone and the suspense, sure there were lighter moments but in general it was a darker show. Saul is the opposite it feels more often like the lighter moments from BB with the occasional darkness. Best part is (at least where I am mid way through season 2) there is no obnoxious Hank in Saul. I hated that character. He reminds me of someone equally obnoxious I know in real life.
Nice one More fun playing with people you can do teams with and that Good fun, was drunk myswelf which is why I started charging everywhere! Heard your warning in one moment but.....bang.....and I was dead. Maybe need to get a headset so we can pro up. Would 360 headset work? Wouldnt would it?
@Skylarker Just used Mrs paypal account to buy Premium pass, £ 40! SHes out on the piss with work mates so this is my treat AM i right in thinking you get new maps included, further down the line? ANd also what is Deluxe pass which was £20? What is the difference Want my 4 yr old to go to bed now so I can play GOd knows what state Mrs will be when she gets in, been out since 12!
Premium pass gives you every map pack (so 16 maps) and also you get 2 week early access to any DLC and monthly bonuses, usually a superior battlepack. Plus a couple of new camo's and special edition guns etc. The bottom line is most people will buy all the DLC so you may as well do it in one hit and not have to worry
Nah you need an XBOX one headset, pick one up for about £20-£30 though. Just check if you need an adapter too, all depends on which controller you have.
Oh cool so the new maps coming in the future ive already paid for? Like the Battle of Tsar I was reading about?
