A good couple of feet. The linesman was watching the person who took the kick. Defoe scrambled it in with a somewhat desultory effort and seemed amazed it was given, not celebrating as he walked back to the centre circle.

IF we'd have score in the first 15 minutes we would have won comfortably.
We didn't and the pressure got to the players.
On reflection i'm sure MS would have replaced N'Diaye much earlier.
