I've not seen that show yet. Over here they have the road gangs though. They take some of the low security prisoners and make them clean up the rubbish from the highways. Looks-wise they are mostly munters but there are usually a couple of Lookers in the group. #zingywould

(Although just like with drugs they're really going after the distributers rather than the users.) At least @Red Hadron Collider will already know most of the people in prison if he goes, with most of them being Cheese regulars.
Honestly chances of being arrested are fairly low for streaming as a user. What laws like this do, is allow the police to charge you with a crime if they don't have evidence to charge you with another crime. It's like most people in jail on drug charges. They're probably there because police suspected them of something else but couldn't prove it so they got put away on drug charges. Average policeman probably doesn't care if you're doing drugs. It's just a tool to put you away if they don't have a better excuse.

Just watched Split. 7.5/10 cracking film. Spoiler: Big Spoiler Proceed With Caution It's a sequel to Unbreakable, but you don't see that until the end. Didn't see that coming. Apparently there will be a 3rd film.
Better Call Saul S3 Ep4 Always has been an continues to be better than Breaking Bad. Together they may end up being something superb but it seems to me that the maker has learned and improved with his second outing. Every moment, every line of dialogue is considered and planned a truly superb series. So far.
Watched episode 1 of Black Mirror to see what all the hype was about. Wasn't that impressed to be honest. Yeah, prime minister having sex with pig, amusing concept and easy to see what that was in reference to... Beyond that though, the plot was meh. There wasn't really an ending... I mean the show ended but there wasn't a climax (no pun intended) no resolution or ending. It's almost as if someone said "let's have a show where the PM has sex with a pig" and forgot to write the rest of the episode.
