    Nerveless! Britt Assombalonga finds the top corner from the spot.

    That goal lifts Forest above Blackburn on goals scored, and Rovers are back in the drop zone as it stands.

    Britt Assombalonga misses from the spot to put Forest 3-0 up. Then he does score from open play. Forest should be safe. That will please one of my fellow diners.

    We may moan sometimes, but look where we are compared to some of these clubs scrapping for survival at the bottom of the Championship just like we have been in the past. We've got a third season in the Premier League and hopefully the chance to push on again next season.

    The Premier League responded: "We will be writing to Mr Holt to ask him if he wishes the Premier League to continue the support we currently provide for his and other clubs in the EFL."
