I know you Spuds hand out medals for just competing like schools do but in the real world clubs and managers greatness are judged by what they've won hence why you have a very empty trophy cabinet with a 3st & 2st medal in it.
It's not the real world when a few are given budgets of £200m and the rest aren't. Give Poch, Conte, Pep, Klopp and Maureen the same budget and we'll see who the best manager is.
As much as I sympathise with you I can't suggest anyway forward unless you write to your club demanding the tight fisted yid stops mugging off the supporters and using them as a cash cow.
