You can't go saying things like that on here mate! Whenever I've mentioned the importance of tactics, formations etc on here I've been shouted down by many and told it's all about the players and tactics etc are virtually irrelevant. Put Pochettino in charge of our very average squad and I guarantee that performances and results would improve.
