Once Once again Lambo tries to be a smart arse, complete with laughing smile, it, and has to backtrack.
Well, their average is higher than ours, their biggest crowd this season is above ours and their lowest crowd is thousands more than ours whilst in the Championship. There again a lot of clubs, including ones from much smaller cities get larger crowds than us in the Championship. One dose in League One. And little village Burnley are getting as many as us. Which who it isn''t a good idea decrying other clubs and the size of their support.
Which is why in a decent season their crowds haven't gone up much. Their season tickets are decent price but pay on the day are ridiculous for what are classified A category. Talking to a Leeds fan, and their prices are taking quite a hike for next year. They must have been anticipating going up as well as for applications for new passes for next season will give priority to people who have previously had season passes. That may alter now.
They where gonna offer 50% refunds if they sold 15,000 season ticket sales and failed to reach play offs. Obvs they failed and will struggle next season.
season ticket holders get 25% of their cost back because they failed to make the play offs if they'd sold 15,000 season passes it would have been a 50% refund but they didn't so it's a 25%.. still not a bad thing to do
Adult prices were £398 (Family Stand) to £629 (Bremner Suite), the blurb that came with the offer said... Season Ticket Price - £445.00 Season Ticket Price Minus VAT (20%) - £370.83 Minus Football League Levy (3%) - £11.12 Net Season Ticket Price - £359.71 25% Refund Amount - £89.93 50% Refund Amount - £179.85
'Someone' at the club should be asking themselves why this is, and what they can do to change it. If they don't have the answers the club needs to employ someone that does. The views expressed in my posts are not necessarily mine.
The reason our away following has dropped is the same reason the home following has dropped, some fans have just had enough.
Autocorrected from smiley to smile. Anyone with an IQ higher than what you can score with a single dart would have worked that out.
Birmingham, Villa, Leeds, Sheffield, Cardiff etc....all bigger populations than Hull. Derby, Forest, BHA etc...all similar size.
Derby, Brighton, Norwich, Huddersfield all smaller. We have a population 3 times that of Burnley who have more big clubs as rivals for support around them but get the same as us. Anyway don't go quoting populations and statistics, you will have Al Rawdah and Chazz getting in a state of high dudgeon.
