It was soft as they come. Now before you say anything, you should have had one afterwards imo when's sanchez put his arms up and blocked with his arm so it balances out and the score line probably flattered Arsenal with the first half chances so not a dig by any means, enjoy the win and what it means.
However when Vardy wins a penalty like that he is slaughtered for it. We are all glad when they go for us though as proved here. As it happens, and more so with Vardy's pace, I think slight contact does cause the player to go down if they're entering the box at pace but that one yesterday was a minimal as they come

It was a clear penalty. There was contact with Kane's leg well after the ball had gone. When you're moving at pace it requires little contact to cause you to lose your balance, as you say.

Arsenal were lucky that there was no card involved.

The Sanchez incident was blatant handball. Oliver bottled the decision.

They had a few chances, but overall it was far more one sided than I expected. In fact Cech saved them from a heavier defeat.

Yeah I agree with you. TBH from the live angle I thought he dived but the angle from the goal side I think it was showed contact. My point stands that Vardy would get criticism for the same though which maybe down to reputation with doesn't make it right.
I'll never kid myself, if he blatently dives like West Ham last season I'll achknowledge that or like Mahrez did in the recent CL match.

I've a lot of sympathy for Sanchez...he has a rather unfortunate disorder where his sensory system seems to be confused as to just where his body has come into contact with a football...:)

I'm maybe being a little unfair on Oliver. Given where Sanchez was, it was the lino that bottled it...

Spurs won because they were better on the day - but the penalty was soft and if it was Giroud diving like that you would be up in arms.

TBH we hardly troubled your GK and we would have lost without the penalty.

Sorry won't happen...you've been bitching all year, like a little girl, over Leicester's success, imagine how you would be if something really important happened, like winning the lottery :)

Spurs have to travel to Leicester and wouldn't it be funny if you stopped them from winning the title !

Spurs play 3 of last 4 games away and Chelsea play 3 of last 4 at home, this surely gives them the edge :)

Gabriel dangled his leg out, Kane saw it and went straight through it, Kane fell over, clear penalty.

I have a hunch that if it was Vardy you'd be calling it a dive.

PS I work for a living and don't need to win the lottery ..that you think that's 'really important' says a lot about you ...keep spinning sweet cheeks...still on the Leicester thread ...:)

    Me too ...

Personally I think it's a pen ...but it's still Harrold that initiates the contact with his leg ...very nicely dispatched mind :)

Tbf mate it sounds like any of us Leicester fans daring to talk about our title win are bang out of order. We should have stopped mentioning it after about 5th May last year. 2 days was more than enough and now it's just unacceptable

Exactly my point as well. I agree it's a pen but a soft one. If Vardy gets that he is slaughtered

Not al at all John. As a supporter of a team that can only dream of reaching the premiership, let alone a title, I have much admiration for what Leicester achieved.
I was giving Filbert a little back (it's called banter), unfortunately he and it now looks like you, seem to have no sense of humour.

Gabriel tripped him, clear as daylight. Kane was fully entitled to go over. As we've seen many times, staying on your feet, assuming he was able to, gets you nothing!...

As I've just said, Gabriel definitely made contact. Kane was moving at pace and over he went. Staying on your feet gets you jogging, as we've seen many times.
